I like them after frying both,both cause both are floury and then a person,for they come short with vegetables,takes alot vegetable with!

What are you serving with them? White rice is boring and not that good for you. Brown rice or wild rice is OK. Noodles are yummy but also may not be too good for you.

I prefer noodles. If course, depends on the context. At a chineese place, I'd rather have chow mein than fried rice.
